Intimate Gathering Package

(Up to 30 guests - no overnight stay)

  • Base Rental Fee: $500/per hr. for a 4-hour block minimum, plus $450 cleaning fee.

  • Included:

    • Access to the hose and main event space and outdoor BBQ area during day (no overnight stay).

    • Use of projector and in-house sound system (auxiliary cord connection)

    • Access to our outdoor areas: wooded sanctuary and Forever Green Turf playground.

  • Add-on Options (at an additional cost):

    • Additional hours: $400/per hour.

    • Tables and Chairs, tablecloths: $15/per person

    • Event insurance (info will be provided)

This package is perfect for: small birthday parties, baby showers, intimate workshops, and casual gatherings or photoshoots.

Mid-Size Celebration Package

(31 - 80 Guests)

  • Base Rental Fee: $950 per night - 3 nights minimum booking required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - holidays weekends will be subject to a custom quote.

  • Base Rental Fee: $850 per night - 1 or 2 nights allowing on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - holidays weekends will be subject to a custom quote.

  • $450 house cleaning fee/per stay

  • $250 pet fee/per each/per stay

  • $50 per person/ Event fee

  • $350 event cleaning fee/per Event

  • Included:

    • Access to the house and main event space, outdoor BBQ area.

    • Use of in-house sound system with microphone and projector.

    • Access to our outdoor areas: Wooded Sanctuary, Forever Green Turf Playground and field of Dreams/Hayfield.

  • Add-on Options (at an additional cost):

    • Standard round or rectangular tables, white folding ceremony chair and cross-back white reception chairs setup with option of white or ivory tablecloth ($15 per person).

    • 30” diameter x 30” or 42” tall cocktail tables for cocktail hr. with white or ivory spandex table covers ($20 each)

    • Day of Coordinator/Wedding Planner

    • Florist

    • Wedding Cake

    • Transportation

    • Photography

    • Licensed Bar service setup for parties over 50 guests required (info can be provided).

    • Catering or Food Truck (we can recommend), no industrial cooking or food preparation allow in the house

      (licensed catering company or food truck can be used, approval required)

This package is ideal for: Intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, larger birthday celebrations, Anniversary parties, and moderately sized gatherings.

Wedding and Large Events Celebration Package

(Up to 81 -140 Guests)

  • Base Rental Fee: $950 per night - 3 nights minimum booking required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - holiday weekends will be subject to a custom quote.

  • Base Rental Fee: $850 per night - 1 or 2 nights allowing on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - holiday weekends will be subject to a custom quote.

  • $450 house cleaning fee/per stay

  • $250 pet fee/per each/per stay

  • $60 per person/ Event fee

  • $350 event cleaning fee/per Event

This package is designed for: Wedding receptions and large formal events.

Event Pricing Information:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Event Insurance: You will be required to purchase event insurance for coverage on the day of your event. Estimated cost: $100 - $250. We can provide a contact for obtaining this.

  • Catering & Food: We do not have commercial cooking facilities and strongly discourage large meal preparation in the main or outdoor kitchen. Catering services and/or food trucks are welcome.

  • Bartender Fee (for 30+ guests): A professional bartender is required for events with 30 or more guests. We can provide a recommendation, and their service fees will be an additional cost.
