Intimate Gathering Package

(Up to thirty guests)

  • Base Rental Fee: $ for a 4-hour block

  • Included:

    • Access to the main event space

    • Use of in-house sound system (auxiliary cord connection)

    • On-site venue contact for basic assistance

  • Add-on Options (at an additional cost):

    • Additional hours: $ per hour

This package is perfect for: Small birthday parties, baby showers, intimate workshops, and casual gatherings or photoshoots.

Mid-Size Celebration Package

(31 - 80 Guests)

  • Base Rental Fee: $ for one night

  • Included:

    • Access to the main event space and a designated pre-function area

    • Use of in-house sound system with microphone

    • Standard round or rectangular table and chair setup (for up to 60 guests)

    • Linen rental (standard color options for tablecloths and napkins) for up to 60 guests

  • Add-on Options (at an additional cost):

    • Additional hours: $100 per hour

    • Table and chair rental for additional guests (beyond 60): $5 per person

    • Upgraded linen options: $2 per person

    • Projector and screen rental: $75

    • Bar service setup (bartender not included): $100

    • Dance floor setup: $150

This package is ideal for: Corporate events, larger birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, and moderately sized gatherings.

Wedding and Large Events Celebration Package

(Up to 120 Guests)

  • Minimum Booking: 3-night stay required to host a weekend event (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).

  • Weekday Events (Tuesday-Thursday): 1-night or 2-night stays may be available for single-day events.

  • Base Event Fee (up to 40 guests): $2,000.00

  • Additional Guests (over 40): $50 per person (final guest count due 1 month prior to the event).

  • Included:

    • Exclusive access to the entire venue, including main event space, pre-function area, and designated cocktail lounge

    • Full use of the in-house sound system

    • Preferred vendor list for catering, photography, and entertainment

    • Complimentary use of our decorative centerpieces (selection available)

    • Access to bridal suite and groom's lounge

  • Add-on Options (at an additional cost):

    • Additional nights: $ per hour

    • Choice of round or rectangular table and chair setup (for up to 120 guests)

    • Premium linen rental (wide selection of colors and fabrics for tablecloths and napkins) for up to 120 guests

    • Champagne toast service: $8 per person

This package is designed for: Wedding receptions and large formal events.

Event Pricing Information:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Event Insurance: You will be required to purchase event insurance for coverage on the day of your event. Estimated cost: $100 - $250. We can provide a contact for obtaining this.

  • Catering & Food: We do not have commercial cooking facilities and strongly discourage large meal preparation in the main or outdoor kitchen. Catering services and/or food trucks are welcome. For smaller gatherings (under 30), limited kitchen use may be possible with prior approval.

  • Bartender Fee (for 150+ guests): A professional bartender is required for events with 150 or more guests. We can provide a recommendation, and their service fees will be an additional cost.
