Event Capacity & Information:

Seasonal Capacity:

• May - October (Outdoor Tables Possible): 120 guests (8 guests per 72" round table) to a maximum 150 guests (10 guests per 72" round table)

• November - April (Cold Season): Recommended capacity: 80-100 guests. Indoor events require more space to accommodate the ceremony and indoor gathering.

Event Amenities:

• Event Space: Our spacious 2400 sq.ft. heated garage is available year-round for celebrations. You’ll have access to our barn/garage and our picturesque glade backing into the forest for your event. We welcome weddings, family gatherings, and other special events in your life.

• Restrooms: Access to 2 additional restrooms for your event guests.

• Bar Area: Garage bar area with a sink and refrigerator.

• Entertainment: Projector with a 110" screen for playing videos and music.

• Ceremony Decor: Log arch at the outdoor ceremony area.

• Event Lighting: Permanent Edison String Lights in the event area.

• Decor Elements: Beautiful barn door (can be used as a backdrop) and an iron arch (for indoor ceremonies).

• Tables & Chairs: Available on-site for your use. Please note: You will be responsible for setting up the tables and chairs according to your desired layout and returning them to their original location after the event.

Vendors:

• You have the flexibility to choose your own vendors as long as the vendors is licensed. All vendors will need to be approved prior to your event. If you’d like, we can provide recommendations for a wedding planner, food trucks, catering companies, and a florist/bartender service (provides setup, napkins, cups, and serves your provided liquor for an hourly fee + tips).

Important Notes:

• Catering & Food: We do not have commercial cooking facilities and strongly discourage large meal preparation in the main or outdoor kitchen. Catering services and/or food trucks are welcome. For smaller gatherings (under 30), limited kitchen use may be possible with prior host approval.
